Lægeforeningen had an app with no users and no clear direction.
I ran workshops with people from across Lægeforeningen's own organisation to map out the different kinds of counselling they offer their members and used that to shape a new concept.
The app now centers on the counselling Lægeforeningen provides: work-life balance, patient complaints, career direction. Members can navigate these topics themselves, or reach a real person in one step if they need more. Membership benefits were given a clear, visible place too, so members can see exactly what they're getting.
